Features

• Contains a outloading plateau with 6 to 160 ALFRA outloading grid slides, with inner connection dimensions of approx. 700 x 720 mm to 1,000 x 1,635 mm.

• Contains grid slides which are equipped with scrappers to avoid any possible contamination.

• Allows for product dosing in Bulk Weigher with certified outloading weight.

• Has a dosing plateau and weigher that are easily extended when additional silos are required.
  
• Transports required product from a silo to its unloading position without unnecessary material handling. This greatly reduces the risk of contamination by the transport system.
  
• Automatically indicates when internal bunker cleaning is required.  The weigher is equipped with two access points for cleaning purposes.  This concept is unique to ALFRA bulk weighers only.
• Can be easily integrated with a sifter.  This allows for pellets to be sifted as late as possible.  The Moveable  Weigher with Sifter can also be equipped with a Fines Removal Shuttle.  This ensures dust particles do not contaminate the environment in the bulk outloading street.
• Offers a BU-XYZ model whereby the Z is for direct docking of the weigher to the truck, for hygienic and contamination free loading
