For several years Josera is a customer of KSE. Josera manufactures high quality mineral feed, milk replacers and special products for cattle, pigs and sheep. Josera also produces petfood.
In 2006 the first meetings took place at Josera in Kleinheubach (Germany) concerning building a new plant in Nowy Tomysl (Poland). Josera’s objective was to build the most modern mineral feed plant in Europe. In March 2008 the construction started. Josera is a turnkey project, for which the various parts of the KSE Group took care (electro, mechanics and automation): KSE Protech (project management, Alfra weighers, conveying system, mixing line and automation) and Rijkers (liquids installation). The total project is controlled by OA4promas.
The plant had to comply to a number of specific demands, such as:
• a very low contamination rate;
• a full automatic factory, from intake up to bagging and palletizing machines;
• high product quality;
• reliability of the production;
• an environment with a minimum of dust;
• high production capacity.
Unique to this solution is the internal transport of raw materials which takes place with containers and not via a pneumatic transport. This creates low contamination and a low energy consumption.
In March 2009 this prestigious project was successfully rounded off.
